Jim Acosta really lights it up in this interview where he tries to make friends with Americans, defends the honor of CNN, but then says that Fox News is “state-sponsored media” and gives them a nickname – the “MAGAphone.”

Acosta really kinda goes off the rails when he says there’s no longer a “free press” in America (at the 7 minute mark). What the hell is he talking about? While he’s right that there’s a really comfy relationship between how Fox News slobbers all over Trump, it’s no worse than how the mainstream media slobbered all over Obama. Does that excuse Fox News? NO. But Acosta doesn’t recognize and own the very real and very obvious bias on their end.
And don’t get me started about how historically ignorant you have to be to think that the media has always tried to be unbiased and objective – that’s especially false during the time that the founders actually enacted that miraculous document, the Constitution.
Don’t miss the end where Brain Stelter kisses Acosta’s ass by fawning, “You have one of the most interesting jobs on television!!” These two are worse than Trump and Putin. Hmm.
