Joe Biden just admitted today that his nomination to replace Justice Breyer will be an affirmative action pick:

Here’s what Biden said:
“I’ve made no decision except one: the person I will nominate will be somebody with extraordinary qualifications, character, experience, and integrity. And that person will be the first Black woman nominated to the U.S. Supreme Court.”
The man who fiercely opposed a black man being put on the Supreme Court is now suddenly the one who will pick the first black woman. And he’s doing it solely because she’s a black woman.
Biden is making clear to everyone that his nomination will be an affirmative action hire, discriminating against all other races, and the left will celebrate it.
Shameful.
