Joe Biden cannot remember how long he’s been president or either he cannot count.
Today he made that clear in his speech in Oregon today, where he claimed he’d been president for 19 months.
Biden has been president* for just over 14 months, not 19 months or anything close to it.
But hey, everything is fine. At least he didn’t drink a glass of water with two hands.
