Joe Biden actually gloated today while riding his bike about the southern border since Title 42 expired.
According to reports, Biden told reporters that the border is “much better than you all expected”:

The reasons it’s slightly better than expected is because Texas officials are on the border blocking illegals from coming in. We showed video of this last week.
