Joe Biden’s first press conference was EMBARRASSING from beginning to end!

Joe Biden just finished his first press conference and it was a joke. He only called on 10 people in the span of an hour, and every one he called on came from a pre-selected list which he referenced before calling on the next reporter. And guess who didn’t get called on out of the group? Fox News reporter Peter Doocy.

Biden also kept reading from his notebook that he took to the podium when he was asked questions. Ari Fleischer noted this several times:

Nobody asked him why he’s reading from a notebook. The press treated Biden with kid gloves for the entire press conference and just accepted him calling on people from a list.

Moving on to what Biden said, he actually claimed that he’s got the support of 50% of Republicans:

This is not even remotely true. Biden’s job approval rating, as of a couple of weeks ago, just had 16% Republican support. Joe Concha, on Fox News, said that Biden only enjoys 10% support from Republicans (he checked) and that not a single reporter challenged him on his lie about 50% support.

 

 

Next, Biden claimed that Trump let children starve to death at border:

What an outrageous lie and yet still, not one reporter challenged him on this. He intentionally slandered his predecessor in an unbelievable way and not one reporter called on gave a damn.

 

 

Biden was asked if he would commit to transparency at the border, specifically to allow reporters to see the severely overcrowded facilities where children are being kept:

Biden said he would commit once he gets his plan underway. But when pressed on when his ‘transparency’ would begin, Biden said “I don’t know.” How is that an acceptable answer???

 

 

Biden also claimed that the vast majority of illegals are being sent back:

But there’s no evidence that this is true either. In fact all the reports we’ve seen suggest that Biden is releasing them into the US under his ‘catch and release’. We reported just the other day that Biden is now releasing illegals into the US without a court date because the border is so overwhelmed. But the media lets him get away with saying this!

 

 
This is what Biden said when he was asked if he supports ending the filibuster:

Biden started by claiming he first came into the Senate 120 YEARS AGO. Totally not kidding.

But then he argued that the Senate filibuster has been abused and used statistics from last year, when HIS party was using the filibuster against Republicans, to substantiate his claim. What the hell? Not a single reporter challenged him on this nonsense.

 

 
Kaitlan Collins from CNN asked Joe Biden if he thought the filibuster was a relic of the Jim Crow era:

Biden said yes he agrees, but then seemed completely baffled when asked ‘then why not get rid of it’. You could Biden reading his notes looking for some help, and then when he couldn’t find it, he just threw out some jibber jabber that he’s said in the past. What a joke.

The next follow up should have been ‘if it’s a relic of the Jim Crow era, then why did you use the filibuster so many times in the past? And why did Obama use it when he was in the Senate?’

The media is a complete joke. By the way, here’s my post on the filibuster that explains why the cloture vote was enacted. It had nothing to do with the Jim Crow era.

 

 

Biden derided efforts in Georgia to pass new election laws regarding early voting and absentee voting, claiming these new proposals make Jim Crow look like Jim Eagle:

But that’s not true either. Even Democrats who don’t like the laws said comparing them to Jim Crow is ridiculous:

Also, who he heck is Jim Eagle? Nobody seems to know what Biden was talking about there…well, except for one Twitter user:

 

 
But it wasn’t just Biden saying things that are absurd. Listen to the insufferable PBS reporter Yamiche Alcindor explain why illegals are flooding the border:

She said they are coming because Biden is a ‘moral and decent man’. Unbelievable. Illegals are surging the border because they know Biden is a freaking pushover who wouldn’t enforce American law and would allow them stay. It has nothing to do with him being a moral and decent man.

In fact tell me how Biden is a moral and decent man when his policies are making millions per day for these drug cartels as human traffickers, how his policies result in young women getting raped and sodomized on the way to the border by these evil thugs, and how his policies are allowing drug cartels to get more fentanyl into the US because border patrol agents can’t deal with them and the surge at the same time. How in the hell is this moral and decent?????

Look I could keep going, but I think you get the picture. This press conference was a joke from beginning to end and the media will keep letting Biden get away with crap they NEVER let Trump get away with. Hell, if this were Trump, the media would have been interrupting him and asking far more hostile questions than the tongue bath Biden got.
