Joe Biden yesterday read instructions right off the teleprompter. That’s what he did. He said “End of quote. Repeat the line.” Out loud. And that was just one of a dozen red flags in that speech that would have your great-grandpa in front of a doctor like that.
But while the teleprompter reading is scary in the geopolitical, domestic tranquility, end of the world type way, it is also hilarious in the hilarious way. And even better when you mix in a little bit of Anchorman Ron Burgundy.
