Ex-ex-excuse me? Didn’t Joe remind you of someone from the past?
In the next clip, Biden seems to stumble when he tries to go off script:
He completely forgets the last piece of legislation they passed, saying “we did that in the recov….in the….in the last piece of legislation we passed.”
