Last night John Solomon was on with Lou Dobbs and reported to him that he’s seeing and hearing about activity behind the scenes at the DOJ that indicates Durham is preparing indictments and plea bargains:
Solomon said nothing is final until until it really happens and noted how frustrated people have been waiting for prosecutions in this case.
But he says that activity that he’s seen personally does indicate that Durham is preparing to prosecute people. He says he’s also heard from defense lawyers on the prosecution side that the coronavirus is slowing things down a little with regard to grand juries.
Solomon predicted that we should see these indictments come to fruition around labor day.
