Jordanian Salafi Cleric: The Caliphate is coming in 2024

Not only does he suggest the Caliphate will come together in 2024, but he names the next Caliph as the King of Jordan:

Yassin Al-‘Ajlouni: I bring glad tidings to the Islamic nation: The days of the establishment of the Caliphate are near – the Caliphate that will reside in Jerusalem, and the Caliph who will conquer Palestine. “So when the second warning came to pass, we permitted your enemies to disfigure your faces, and to enter your Temple, as they had entered it before, and to destroy all that fell into their power.” This is the Caliph to whom allegiance will be pledged in Palestine, after he conquers the Arab Peninsula and Persia.

I think – although Allah knows best – that the [Caliph] is among us. We see him with our own eyes. He is Abdullah, who reigns over Jordan at present. The man will be guided by Allah to this great conquest, and Allah willing, in 1446 AH [2024 CE], we will witness the rebuilding of the Al-Aqsa of the Al-Aqsa Mosque in the most beautiful manner.

The armies that will conquer Palestine will all agree to have Abdullah as their Caliph. This will be a Hashemite Caliphate, but not the way we want it – it will not be in keeping with the path of the Prophet. Such a Caliphate will be established, Allah willing, by Muhammad, whom we believe to be the son of Abdullah II, the current king of Jordan – but Allah knows best.

Allah willing, I will fill you in with more details on this matter.

I’m not 100% certain about this, but I believe their Caliph would be the Christian Anti-Christ. Of course, this man is a Jordanian who is suggesting this, so I believe he could be a little biased.

  1. When the West exhausts all of our nukes, and the most technologically superior weapons are used to counter this prophecy, if Islam still has the capability to conquer Israel, well then, they deserve it.

  2. There’s a strong possibility because the Americans are sleeping and the communist countries are helping America sleep while helping the Islamists build.

  3. In the Islamic world, the chess board is set, the pieces are moving.

The game for power and control has begun. It began years ago, but now the pieces are moving.

The question remains as to how many of their own pawns, knights, and rooks they are going to sacrifice for mastery over this game. Because as soon as it is over, the board is set again, this time in complete war with every other religion.

  4. A bit hotter in Arab Spring land today, Egypt’s Mo-Bro-Hood says they will not accept Israel’s existence under any circumstances and they do not recognize any treaty with Israel.,7340,L-4169609,00.html

This video by Bill Whittle is an eye-opener. He talks with a couple of US intelligence agents:

    They say:
Muslim-Brotherhood is behind every Muslim organization.
    Holy Land Foundation trial
    Muslim Public Affairs Council
    CAIR = Hamas
    ISNA = Huge financial entity

  5. I think Jordan is the wrong place. Turkey would like to be the seat of a new Caliphate and has some history in that department. It’s also the only Muslim country with a military that is somewhat professional and skilled (Jordan’s military is mainly garbage, find some 5th Special Forces vets and ask them about Jordan!). In any case, no reason to think that they couldn’t pull off a caliphate – the west will sink into economic ruin and anarchy (dare I say civil war?) before that time comes along…not like we’ll be in any position to do anything about it.

  6. Are you all familiar with Erick Stakelbeck?
He does lots of panels with experts on terrorism and Iran, mahdi, caliphate, etc.
    (about 1/2 way down)
So who would lead a renewed caliphate? I see four possibilities.

    His video page

The last one he did on the caliphate is the November 1 listing.

  7. Sounds like too may of the folks commenting have been deceived into believing the false theology of the rapture cult, or dispensationalism as it’s commonly known. People – the Bible is not to be interpreted by looking at current events. It’s to be interpreted by other parts of Scripture.

      1. The Scriptures do not line up with Left Behind personal antichrist that is being tossed about here. That perspective was invented either by Monks in the 16gth century or John Darby in the 18th, depending on which account you put stock in.

        1. There will be a real Antichrist. The Bible speaks of it. I tend to believe the Bible. Too many people believe the prophecies of Revelation are purely symbolic. Not the case when taken in context of other scriptures.

As for monks or Darby, I don’t pay much attention to them.

          1. I disagree with you regarding The Revelation. It is very symbolic and apocryphal and cannot be taken literally. Historic pre-mil is defensible but disproven many times. I lean amill and see The Revelation as progressive parallel account of the church age, told from different vantage points 7 times.

    1. Okaaaaaaay so – I agree the Bible is not to be interpreted by looking at current events or anything else temporal. The Bible is the Word of God and as such is eternal and must be interpreted by something more eternal than current events.

BUT is it okay with YOU if we interpret the meaning of current events by the Bible????

      1. Just my guess, but I’m not sure if he’s gotten to that chapter yet in his textbook. Let him get back to his professor first. (I say that because of the way his next two posts sounded.)

BTW, Happy New Year to you, Marti. I hope 2012 turns out to be all you expect. 🙂

  8. I once saw a German Shepherd bothering a Labrador Retriever. For about twenty minutes the Lab just sat there watching this Shepherd dart in an out trying to intimidate him. After this went on for some time the Lab had finally had enough. He got up and preceded to tear into that Shepherd with a viciousness that you just don’t associate with the usual laid back Lab breed.

The Islamists might want to think this thing through again.

  9. Have you heard of Hizb ut-Tahrir? They have conferences in Chicago every summer calling for a Caliphate. No conferences prior to Obama being elected and taking
office. They have been here for many years, but now they do not hesitate to
expose themselves. Just google hizb ut-tahrir and other places such as Austrailia, Indonesia, Pakistan, UK, etc.

If you want to view videos of an actual conference…there is some arabic mixed for
the prayers, but most of the program is in english. 2011
On Thursday, the Brotherhood’s Supreme Guide announced that his group’s “ultimate goal” of “establishing a caliphate system” is close at hand. The path toward achieving that goal, Mohammed Badie told listeners, begins with the establishment of a “just and reasonable regime.”

  10. The Mayan calendar says the end of the world is Dec. 21, 2012…..right after the presidential election. Only God knows when he wants to call us home.

    1. The Mayan calender says the world will end ‘as we know it’ on Dec 21, 2012. That can come in many forms.

      1. In regards to the Mayan calendar, I think the fellow carving it got dizzy, bored or both, then threw up his hands, said to heck with it and walked off into the rainforest.

        1. Hehe, much like my granddaughter. He made 5 cycles and said, ‘Whew, that’s enough. Let’s go make another pyramid.’

  11. I need you crazy Ron Paul supporters to listen to these clips over and over again until it penetrates your thick skull that these radicals are counting on a soft, non-interventionist America to do this. They are counting on the fact that we can’t stomach the hard work of beating back this movement. These crazies are not provoked by “America’s Imperialism”. No, they are motivated by something entirely different. If we pull our military and economic influence out of equation, it won’t make them change their mind or slow them down. So, go ahead and tell everyone that saving the dollar by miraculously ending the fed is far more important than Iran or terrorism. Just please make our new dollars in a material that resists radiation.

      1. Whoa, whoa. Where did those wild-eyed, radical ideas come from — balanced budget, reduced debt??? Slow down!!!

        (/sarc) 🙂

  12. “we will witness the rebuilding of the Al-Aqsa of the Al-Aqsa Mosque in the most beautiful manner.”

In order for the Al-Aqsa Mosque (Dome of the Rock, to some) to be rebuilt it needs to be destroyed. It currently sits in Old Jerusalem. It sits on top of the temple mount. In order for the third temple to be built somehow, someday, the mosque will have to be destroyed.

So perhaps he knows the destruction of the Dome is coming, the rebuilding of the temple after that and then he thinks the rebuilding of the Dome will be in 2024. A lot to happen in the next 12 years.

By the way, he is a Salafi cleric. Salafis are one of the most radical of the radicals or at least according to some. If you are salafi, then, you would say that you are not. The Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt, during the voting, were first and the Salafis were 2nd.

The Sunni (majority and the salafis are a sect) and the Shia (minority, Iran) both believe in the caliphate, but getting there is somewhat different. They hate each other doctrinely, but for the end game they will work together.

Keep your eye on Nigeria’s Boko Haram during 2012. The Christmas Day 2009 bomber wannabe was from Nigeria.

    1. If you listen to far-leftists and Islamists for long, it will shock you what they say and believe, despite the evidence to the contrary.

Last year, they said the Israelis were responsible for shark attacks at Egyptian beaches. Hugo Chavez just said the US has been giving cancer to South American leaders.

The railings of despots and the debauchery and cruelty of their private lives are a witness to the evils of tyranny.

  13. Caliph is the head of the Caliphate. The last caliphate ended after WW I in 1924. Turkey was the head country of the Ottoman Empire. According to many Erdogan is in the process of bringing it back. Maybe – maybe not.

The christian anti-christ is thought by some to be the mahdi or 12th imam. The mahdi, as a small boy, fell into a well a few centuries ago.

Ahmadinajad plans to bring him back through chaos or so some think. Jesus is said, according to shia teachings, to return with the mahdi and tell us christians that we have been duped and that we are to follow Islam.

Only God knows what, when, where, and how.

Therefore, of course, these are fiction …. but possible

  14. With my tin foil hat on…Makes sense being that its 2012, were on the verge of WW3, we got people going crazy over here and everywhere, Caliphates and what not, Tim Tebow…Mabey the Mayans are right. Im gonna gather some Mormon friends and start reinforcing the bunkers. See ya on the other side!!!

            1. Others have brought up that, just like in the case of Jesus where John the Baptist was his forerunner and was also six months older than Him, King Abdullah may have an actual forerunner on the world scene today getting everybody ready for “change”. Yep, the difference of age between the two is exactly six months. Sounds like a good assumption.

Simply put, the “Time of the Gentile” is coming to a close and it is more a time for the Jewish People to heed onto their Messiah. Reading your blogs, I can tell you know that already… 🙂

              1. Interesting that Israel PM Netanyhu has started a Bible study in his home.

His son just won the international Jewish Bible scholar contest as did several of his maternal relatives, some of whom went on to become Rabbis.

Isaiah 31:8-9 says Assyria will be brought down by the Sword (Word) of the Lord, not the sword of man.

Returning to the Book of the Law is always how Israel was released from captivity and oppression by Babylon, Assyria, Egypt, Philistines, etc when they had sinned and opened the door to invasion.

It is after all, a spiritual battle, that requires spiritual weapons.

          1. Abdullah is of Banu Hashim, a clan that traces its lineage from the Great Grandfather of Muhammad. However, to state that he is a “direct” descendant is a bit of a stretch as the line was said to have been split prior to Muhammad’s birth. Another issue is that the Hashemite line runs through many of the royal lines of the Arab kingdoms, and to the Islamic scholars, Abdullah’s bloodline is tainted. That said I think we will see a lot of infighting in the region before a Caliph or Sayyid emerges, Iranians are of Persian descent, Persians and Arabs have an awful lot of historical bad blood between them I do not see one “taking a knee” to the other until after quite a bit of “sorting things out” first. The “sorting” is likely to involve quite a bit of bloodletting before the issues are worked out. A few other items will need working out as well, as the last line of Caliphs came out of Turkey, I imagine the Turks will have their own candidate for Sayyid in mind as well, likewise as will other houses in the Arab world. Things could become quite “interesting” (as in the old Chinese? curse) in the Middle East when and if this does come to a head.

    1. Queen Noor is not the mother of Abdullah the current King. She is the last wife of his father before his death. Before his death, Hussein appointed his eldest son Abdullah (from his marriage to the English-born Princess Muna) as Crown Prince, the condition for such change being that Noor’s son Hamzah would become Crown Prince upon Abdullah’s accession.

  15. ”If we leave them alone, they will leave us alone” Ron Paul…. doh!

Paging Mr. Paul. paging Mr Ron Paul…..Neville Chamberlain on the line one for you to help you with your foreign policies.

    1. Thanks for the links ABC. I did some kitchen tiling all day but I must read “Who is the Antichrist, and where will he come from?” the first few lines has captured me, thanks.

edit: and the large font is good

    2. Very good read ABC, thanks. I have never thought about this before: “In the story of Adam and Eve after they sinned, God told Satan, ” I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your seed and her seed.” Her seed refers to Christ’s virgin birth, and to the fact that Israel gave birth to the world’s Savior. The term “his seed” seems to tell us that somehow the Antichrist will be the seed of Satan.”

I have commented in the past that imho some in the scientific and medical communities aspire to be God like by trying to create life ~ “God created man in his own image” but not through the Woman but in their arrogance through Man as a statement to their brilliance. Your above quoted paragraph reminded me of this.

      1. I’ve never really thought of it that way before blackbird! See?! That’s what I love about sharing back and forth, because I learn stuff! I’d say that sounds very logical, and one reason why anything man creates, will never be as God creates. It may look, sound, sense and feel like a human, might have a brain and all the other vital organs, but it would never have a soul- as that is God breathed.

I didn’t start reading, really reading the Bible until about 20 years ago. It’s amazing to me, once the Holy Spirit starts to show us things, how incredible His word is, and how much clearer things become. When I first started reading it, without asking direction, I didn’t understand hardly anything except the basics, but even in the New Testament, I was like the desciples when they asked Jesus what His parables meant, because I didn’t understand some of them either.

Once I started studying and meditating on the prophecies (the main biggies- Daniel and Revelation) I was led more and more to the more obscure ones like that one you mentioned. I have seen these many many times, along with so many other verses, just reading- but there is always eventually a time which I call the slap me in the forehead moments when it all falls into place.

I don’t often say, “OK God, what do you want me to read?” Most often I have been led to study a particular book or chapter for a little while… but on those times I don’t have a clue what to read and I ask Him- He always ALWAYS amazes me with what He leads me to! 😀

Thanks for reading though blackbird. It’s been my passion and burden for a long time. People used to wonder (and I used to too) how my interests could vary from politics, the end times, apologetics, and world religions (specifically Islam) and how they could all work together. Now I know.

        1. By the way Carolyn I am John. I have a Bible KJV on my bed head that I do not read enough. I enjoy talking about the Bible and listening to insights from others, must admit I am not that versed on the Bible sort of at the pre basic stage.

I have always been around Pastors and Christians and do believe the Bible is the Word of God, one such friend told me early on that God has provided us with factual evidence that the Bible is truly His Word, through prophecy.

I never paid much attention to Politics not since I saw Governor Palin at the 2008 RNC Convention, she was electrifying, as I researched and the more I found out about her the more I support her. I know one day Governor Palin will be President and who knows that might still be 2012. Besides TRS I hang out at but I don’t post much though, prefer reading.

May you and your family Carolyn be blessed with good health and prosperity in the New Year.

          One Light

Imagine an artist painting a winter scene. She depicts a white, frozen ground and evergreens draped in snow. Her hand brings the day to a close as she paints night falling on the canvass.

In the deep shadows of dusk, she has painted a grim, log cabin, barely visible to the casual observer. Then she dips her brush in yellow paint and, with a few quick strokes, places a brightly burning lamp in one of the cabin’s windows.

Warm rays dance on white snow, now made brighter by the light. The lonely lamp completely changes the tone of the picture, replacing feelings of dark and gloom with warmth and security.

Edith Wharton has said that there are two ways of spreading the light: to be the candle or the mirror that reflects it.

Sometimes we are candles. We shed light of love and hope. We shine encouragement into dark souls. Or we illuminate with insight.

But sometimes we reflect the light. We are mirrors to enable others to see the light of their own goodness and beauty. And when we have no other light of our own, we are mirrors which reflect a greater Light.

For some, the world can be bleak and cold. They feel frightened, lonely and even hopeless.

But it’s true that no amount of darkness can extinguish the light of one, small candle. You

          Steve Goodier ~

          1. Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.
            Matthew 5:14,15,16

Thank you for sharing that John 😉 As an artist, I could “see” the scenes described. All it takes is a little pinpoint of light to pierce the darkness.

I hope you have a Blessed New Year my friend!

        2. I usually have the cable news on in the background when I’m on the ‘puter, but when reading your blogs, I had to turn it off so I could concentrate more. Excellent read. Thanks, teach.

When I first started reading it, without asking direction, I didn’t understand hardly anything except the basics, but even in the New Testament, I was like the desciples when they asked Jesus what His parables meant, because I didn’t understand some of them either.” -ABC

It’s really nice to hear that. When I read the Bible, my ignorance shows bigtime, but it’s nice to know someone with your knowledge of it had the same feelings at one time. Gives me renewed hope that my understanding will improve with time.

God Bless you, ABC, for your diligence and insightful message.

          1. You’re too sweet Nukefriend! Thank you. None of us were born understanding the Bible, and it does take some time to start reading and gaining what the Lord wants us to know, but the important thing is to ask Him for guidance in it. He’ll amaze you when you do! 🙂 Go check that Bible Prophecy blog I linked to the other day Nuke, it’s updated almost every day, so if you read a couple times a week, you should be caught up and learn some new stuff too. I’m always learning- we never stop 🙂 God Bless you my dear friend, and have a wonderful, safe and Happy New Year!!

PS- I think my computer is coming down with something, so if I’m not on later, you’ll know I had to take it to the computer doc. If I’m off- Happy Blessed New Year to everyone, and miss me while I’m gone 😉

            1. Thanks. I never stop reading and never stop listening. A very Happy New Year to you. Give your computer 2 virtual aspirin and see it in the morning. 🙂

      2. But on the cross, Christ “destroyed him that had the power of death, that is the devil”. I find that all the things some expect the anti-Christ to do is actually what the Bible says Christ himself will do when he comes. Will a lot be fooled into believing the actual Christ is the anti-Christ?

    3. Your writing is good Duck. i just went through your links. This is another site that is all about the end of times and he studies recent news about how it all fits together. He also covers technology and how close we are to creating a beast similar to the terminator. Good reference.

      1. Excellent! Thank you- I can never have too many references to look at! There are some good ones out there, but sometimes we have to wade through the conspiracy ones to find them. I’ve added this one to my files for future looking. Thanks toon! 😀

        1. He does link natural disasters to government that go against Israel like Japans earthquake and tsunami, but provides links to stories and gives commentary. I hope you like it.

          1. Oh man, I did a blog post about that too- but unfortunately I didn’t back up my old blog files and when the place I blogged at before blogger shut down, I didn’t have anything saved 🙁 But yes, there is an interesting timeline of events from GHWBush through to now, in how these presidents acted towards or against Israel and things which have happened here. Too many to list here, but the biggie of course was the day Jews were forced out of Gaza was when Hurricane Katrina marched towards New Orleans. Hmmmmm. I’ll definitely give this site a good going over tomorrow Toon. 🙂 Nighty night you!

            1. Hey, you’re so right about Gaza and Katrina! And I believe that someone made the count of the number of Jews that left Gaza was about the same number of Americans leaving New Orleans….!

    4. I am going over your third link carefully this morning. Why the excessive use of colons? Is it something to do with the original writings?

  16. I am not sure… but I think that the next Caliph could be Muqtada al-Sadr. After all, he is a Sayyid, a direct descendant of the prophet Muhammad.

  17. The best part of this clip is the last screen

    MEMRI is a 501 (c) 3 NON-profit

    This Country is a mess!

    I say NUKE THEM – now !

  18. I don’t think it’s going to be as long away as that- but things are definitely falling into place as far as Bible prophecy is concerned. People scoff, but the Bible has laid out all of these days happenings, written thousands of years ago. It surprises me to hear him mention Jordan as the place of the caliph- but it wouldn’t surprise me either. Jordan is one of the few “friendly/tolerant” nations left who leave Israel alone, but they will some day soon, join in with the islamic nations to come against Israel.

Ahmadinnerjacket swears the 12th immam will come out of Iran (persia) so, it could be anywhere- but it would make sense if Antichrist would come out of Iraq (Assyria) because that’s where Babylon is, where the first demonstrative act against God took place in the building of the tower of Babel, where Nimrod and his wife, who claimed to be the queen of heaven held their godless religions. But, that part is speculation on my part.

If Scoop would give me permission, I could find an article I wrote a few years ago about the imam mahdi- and how the descriptions of him match the Bible version of Antichrist and post it.

    1. Actually, that is the place the first demonstrative act against God took place, but it was Adam and Eve eating the fruit.

    2. Hey ABC – I have a friend who is Jewish by nationality and a Christian by choice. He is a lay minister and he too thinks the antichrist will come out of Assyria.

The similarities in the description of the mahdi and antichrist are uncanny. I’d like to read your paper.

  19. Hard to say, but such a Caliphate would expedite the extermination of millions of Christians and Jews worldwide.

    1. Which would describe the Revelation vision of John –

And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.
And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held:
And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth?
      Rev. 6:8-10

      1. Notice the “Pale” horse… Did you know it’s translated “Green”?… Do you know what’s interesting about this?… Practically ALL the Islamic countries flags have green somewhere on them.. The color green is very important to them for some reason… Just thought I’d throw this in here… We truly are at the precipice of something extraordinary.. Stay strong in the faith!
For the <3 of El Shaddai!!

        1. I believe I’ve seen Hamas militants parading around with green kerchiefs as they jump up & down shouting something incoherent. The LSM loves to play those clips, as if they really mean something.

      1. Do tell – there has been in fighting for over 1300 years – last I read, their numbers are still growing!!
