Judge RECUSES himself in case challenging Arizona Senate forensic audit of 2020 election

Last Friday we reported that a judge had put the 2020 forensic election audit on hold in Arizona, pending the Democratic Party of Arizona coughing up a million bucks to ensure the auditors didn’t have any financial losses. But Democrats refused to put up the money and the audit continued as scheduled.

There was to be a hearing today however last night the presiding judge, Judge Christopher Coury, recused himself due to a new lawyer on the team that he personally knows:

While this recusal won’t have any effect on the audit continuing this week, ABC15 reports that it could delay the hearing until later in the week. Which I guess is good news for now. Let’s just hope the judge that replaces Coury isn’t some leftist hack who stops the audit because Democrats don’t like it.

We’ll keep you updated…
