Add another name to the 2020 field that hopes to topple Donald Trump – and that list is starting to get long:

Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand announced Tuesday night that she is launching a presidential exploratory committee, joining the crowded Democratic hunt to win the White House in 2020.
The New York Democrat, a longtime advocate for women in politics and a leader in the #MeToo movement supporting survivors of sexual assault, said she was joining the 2020 field during Tuesday’s taping of “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” on CBS.

So far we have these Democrats officially in the 2020 field:
- Elizabeth Warren
- Julián Castro
- Tulsi Gabbard
And these below are likely candidates:
- Robert Francis O’Rourke
- Kamala Harris
- Cory Booker
- Sherrod Brown
- Amy Klobuchar
- Bernie Sanders
I think there are more out there that will run and I’m sure it will be awesome. They will make the Republican primary of 2016 look tiny.
