If you had any doubt left that Kathy Griffin had this whole kerfuffle planned from the beginning, I give you what should be the final nails on the coffin.

So they’re calling the statements from the Trump family “bullying”? C’mon!! That’s completely absurd!!
All they have done is respond, in words, to the despicable photo that Griffin put out. How is that bullying at all? SHE lost the show at CNN, and she lost her gigs, and it’s all her fault and no one else’s.
This REALLY makes it look like this is an entire publicity stunt that was planned from the beginning….
