Kid Rock DROPPED as Nashville Christmas parade marshal over insult to Joy Behar!

Kid Rock was replaced as the Christmas parade marshal in Nashville, Tennessee, because of what he said about Joy Behar on Fox News.

The Hill:

Musician Kid Rock was replaced as grand marshal in the Nashville, Tenn., Christmas parade following an appearance on “Fox & Friends” Friday in which he called Joy Behar a “bitch.”

Bryan Lewis, the attorney for Steve Smith, Kid Rock’s business partner, told Variety Friday that Kid Rock would still attend the parade even though James Shaw Jr., the Nashville man who wrestled a rifle from a gunman at a local Waffle House in late April, was appointed as his replacement.“My best analogy is it’ll be a standoff at high noon,” Lewis said.

To be fair to Behar, she actually took the high road in response, for once, and simply responded by inviting him to the show to have a beer.

Watch below:

Here’s exactly what he said:

“God forbid you say something a little bit wrong — you’re racist, homophobic, Islamophobic. … People need to calm down, get a little less politically correct, and, I would say love everybody,” Kid Rock said on Fox News earlier Friday.

“Except I’d say screw that Joy Behar bitch, everybody but that,” he added.

He later apologized “for the language, not the sentiment.”

I mean, listen, we say this all the time: you have the First Amendment right to say whatever you want. But that doesn’t mean you can ignore the consequences of your speech. And if you’re gonna curse about someone on television, even someone as execrable as Joy Behar, you gotta take the consequences of that action. It would be hypocritical to demand that standard of our political opponents and not follow it ourselves. Also, #MAGA!!!
