Klobuchar says GOP trying to STEAL Ginsburg seat, Hillary too. But Obama DISAGREES in this clip

The battle lines are drawn and they are stark and they aren’t going to move. That’s where we stand right now on the vacant SCOTUS seat left by the death of Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

Amy Klobuchar on MSNBC with Joy Reid is just about the boiled down perfect example of the Democrats hair-on-fire-ism … or at least, the non “let’s riot” version of that.

“The Republicans who basically stole that seat the last time, and now they’re trying to do it again.”

Hillary Clinton is fit to be tied, too. “Democrats who are in the Senate will have to use every single possible maneuver that is available to them to make it clear that they are not going to permit Mitch McConnell to enact the greatest travesty, the monument of hypocrisy that would arise from him attempting to fill this position,” she said.

But hold on. While everyone on the left is busy incorrectly calling McConnell and Cruz hypocrites over their view on this vs. the entirely different Merrick Garland lame duck situation, they seem to have missed the actual flip-flop among Democrats.

Because 2016 Obama does not think that 2020 Klobuchar is right at all.

“When there is a vacancy on the Supreme Court, the president is to nominate someone. The Senate is to consider that nomination. And either they disapprove of that nominee or that nominee is elevated to the Supreme Court,” said Obama. “Historically, this has not been viewed as a question. There’s no unwritten law that says that it can only be done in off years, that’s not in the constitutional text.”

“Hypocrisy,” Hillary? “Stealing,” Amy?

Naw. Like President Obama said, it’s just the President doing his job. Tough break.
