The LA Dodgers made the right decision last week when they decided not to have the anti-Catholic group Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence during their pride night.
At the time they wrote: “We are now aware that our inclusion of one group in particular – The Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence – in this year’s pride night has been the source of some controversy. Given the strong feelings of people who have been offended by the sisters’ inclusion in our evening, and in an effort not to distract from the great benefits that we have seen over the years of Pride Night, we are deciding to remove them from this year’s group of honorees.”
But that caused an outcry from leftist bullies and as of last night, the Dodgers have now caved and reversed course on their reversal and reinvited this anti-Catholic group back to their pride night for some kind for community hero award or something:

Marco Rubio responded to the decision last night “Shamefully, (but not surprisingly) the @dodgers have been bullied into apologizing to & “re-inviting” a group of anti-catholic bigots. Today our great country is controlled by socio-political ruling elites who don’t just tolerate anti-Christian bigotry, they encourage & celebrate it.”
Hugh Hewitt said the Dodgers have pulled a Bud Light debacle:
The @Dodgers have pulled a #BudLightDebacle…twice! The group isn’t pro LGBTQ, it is anti-Catholic and profoundly so. Period. End of story. https://t.co/eKBOQyTIXw

I honestly don’t know much about this anti-Catholic group, but it’s disgusting that the Dodgers would host them in the park for anything. I thought hateful bigots weren’t to be celebrated. But as Rubio suggested, exceptions are always made for Christians.
Related to this, the anti-Catholic group is also being invited to the Angels’ pride night in LA. Catholic Vote says “Ashleigh Aitken, the Catholic mayor of Anaheim, California, has invited the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence to be her personal guests at the Los Angeles Angels’ Pride Night on June 7th.”
