Even Obama’s former Defense Secretary Leon Panetta is acknowledging Biden’s failure with regard to Afghanistan and is telling him to admit his mistakes and take responsibility for it:

Yeah, like that’s going to happen. If anything, I suspect Biden is going to try and get out of this by blaming Trump today in his speech, just like he and his administration always does.
In a related clip, here’s HR McMaster explaining the mistakes that were made that led up to the Taliban taking over so rapidly:
McMaster: "I think that what is so heartbreaking is that it seemed as if we did everything we could to weaken the Afghan government, and weaken the Afghan security forces…This goes back to 2019 in the agreement…to release 5,000 of some of the most heinous criminals." pic.twitter.com/FtRK0yWvgn

McMaster says “I think that what is so heartbreaking is that it seemed as if we did everything we could to weaken the Afghan government, and weaken the Afghan security forces on our way out.”
He also cites a 2019 agreement which led to the release of 5,000 Taliban fighters which are terrorizing the country today and noted that we also stopped targeting the Taliban in the lead up to this withdrawal.
Regardless of past agreements and such, I’m certain that if Trump were president today, he wouldn’t have ignored all of his intelligence and just pulled out with no conditions like Biden did, leading to a humanitarian crisis as well as the country being taken over by Islamic terrorists.
