Levin: Boehner is the Churchill of our time

Levin lays it on thick in this segment, saying that Boehner is one of the greatest leaders he’s ever seen, and he’s served with Reagan:

you know it’s very easy to do NOTHING and just criticize everyone. Mark Levin is irrelevant and is worthless. He didn’t work in the Reagan Administration, he was a staffer at the Justice Department when Reagan was in office. This guy is an asshole. I hate his voice, he’s a weiner and complainer and that is why he is popular.

He hurts my ears……………………………..

Well let’s just squash you and your moronic remarks. Mark Levin is irrelevant and worthless: How many companies do you own and what are they worth? How many best selling books have you written? How many millions of listeners consuming your words 5 times aweek? How many governments did you work for? This guy is an asshole: Well hard to address that one. You do seem like the expert in that area. I hate his voice: Well that’s a good one. What you have here klemm, is a manifestation of your illness. A sound making you ill. This is your mental disease displaying one of the many such poison spitting symptoms which this illness produces. He’s a weiner: You mean Anthony? He hurts my ears: Really just a redu of you hate his voice. Try to grok this one phil. Like him or not, Mark Levin, unlike yourself is certainly… Read more »

I think he is an extremely smart man and patriot with a voice similar to Groucho Marx. He can be angry, funny and a wet noodle. But beyond his knowledge, he is honest and cares for this country enough to scream into the phone at some a-hole in the hope of shaking up that a-hole enough to wake up and show some common sense.

The sarcasm here is irritation. What was Boehner supposed to do? We control HALF of a branch we can’t do anything substantive. Yeah this whole thing sucks but its a step in the right direction.

Josh
Member

How about NO DEAL? There is a step in the right direction. And why did we HAVE to make a deal? Because the media is leftist and they would tell the country that the conservatives caused a default. Wow. Cowards.

Adam Seidner
Guest
Adam Seidner

And what happens if we did default? Or our bond rating is cut? The results would be disastrous. Look as long as the campaigner in chief is in the white house and we only control the house we have to take what we can get. Considering there was no pork and that we forced Reid to pretty much have to deal with us is a sign that we have a great deal of influence but we still don’t have enough. Have have to win the next election to really do anything. We did pretty good considering we have morons to negotiate with.

Josh

If we did default, Obama WOULD be impeached. He is required by LAW to pay our bills. Our bond rating will be cut anyway. I do not have to resign myself to be happy with a deal because we OWN the house. Every single Tea Party candidate campaigned on a platform of stopping Obama by defunding him. Where is Obamacare in all this?

I feel like the commander that just sent in the special forces and they got creamed. Now what?

Adam Seidner

Is throwing the whole economic system worth it just to get Barry impeached? Lets not forget that he was probably going to use the nonexistent 14th amendment option and throw us into a constitutional crisis the like of which we haven’t seen since the civil war. I consider myself a tea party person too but we got to face reality: You can’t do ANY THING with one chamber of congress. Nothing. Nada. Zip. What we did do however is blow the winds of change in the right direction. Does this whole thing suck? Damn right it does. But I’d rather have a kick in the crotch then have it cut off, if you get my metaphor. Control of the 2 branches of the federal government is the only way we can wield the influence necessary to make those changes. As long as Barry is there, there is no way we… Read more »

First, I would not throw the system away to impeach the B man. I do, however, think that he really is just fear mongering about default. We cannot, by law, default…
I do not want to stop fighting against Obama’s policies. The reason for my ire is that I thought we had sent a clear message to Washington with our votes in 2010, but it appears that all (or most) of our best efforts have been assimilated into the deal making establishment. It makes me more and more concerned that there is not much we can do to stop any of it.

Mark you live across the river, so just in case you miss this gem about corruption, I have attached it here.
A company looking to buy a Baltimore-based energy group that would make it the nation’s largest competitive power supplier contributed $250,000 to the Democratic Governors Association, according to its IRS report released on Monday.

Exelon Corp.’s contribution was the largest single gift reported by DGA for the period of Jan. 1 to June 30, according to its mid-year fundraising report to the Internal Revenue Service.

Chicago-based Exelon is seeking to buy Constellation Energy Group in a $7.9 billion deal. Constellation contributed $50,000 during the same period to the DGA, which is headed by Maryland Gov. Martin O’Malley.

This O’Malley is our John Edwards.

Mark, a lot will happen on Sept. 11, 2011, however with a little help and coordination, the Tea Party movement should have a big rally in DC on 9/10/11. This is Defenders Day weekend, plus the ten year anniversay of true Terrorists attacking USA soil. Mark, pick a date before the super congress meets and call your friend Congresswomen Bachmann and I will help. The Tea Party needs to show up in DC by the millions. We are just begining to be heard.

He’s seems to always be right, and he certainly is this time. How in the world could our leadership be so disconnected to the financial problems?? All of their wheeling and dealing is a perfect example of the term ‘piddling around’. It all makes me sick – and disgusted – and ready to vote about 20 times in 2012 just like a democrat.

This thing Mark Levin does really well- sarcasm!

One time I was listening to him and some guy called in with the “independent-moderate” BS and Levin started going on about “wow, great idea- incredible political insight, are you a political consultant or something”— and then as the guy started explaining Levin blasts him—-“get off the phone you idiot!!!”

Other than the Clips Glenn Beck played during the Sheen Fisco I had never listen to Alex Jones. GB is the only Radio program I listen to regularly (actually watch since I get it on video). No time for much else. And no I am not Conspiratorial, I am a realist and a Libertarian that Supports Minimum Government Maximum Liberty. The fact remains that Social Conservatives want statist controls to be put in place or remain in place on consensual adults for consenting actions that have no direct harm to any one (other then potently themselves), for no other reason then they, the Social Con, disagree with the actions. That is Totalitarian or Statist. The Social Con uses the Constitution as a shield just like the Liberals and ignores it when it does not support the Social Con Agenda. Yes. EXACTLY what I thought. Get rid of those pesky “social” norms. Then all will be well……If we just get rid of any constraints on immoral and illicit behavior, then of course, the consequences of engaging in such behavior will just go away. Sounds like the leftists view of utopia. I say Liberal-tatians and Leftists are different sides to the same totalitarian coin. RP’s your guy right? Oh yes. We “social cons” don’t just “disagree” with the action-it’s based in a moral code derived from Judeo/Christian principles-that is the BASIS of law. Where do you think it came from? Out of someone’s butt?? Good grief. Liberal-terianism is the fastest route to anarchy. Go review the French Revolution vs the American Revolution. France embraced socialism right from the git-go because the BIG difference was the idea” Rights of Man vs Inalienable Rights from GOD. What the Rights of Man leads to… Read more »

Paragraphs much? Lets see if I can add some logic to a illogical rant. I never stated that the consequences of ones actions or activity should or would go way, personal responsibility is a large part of liberty. So if you as an adult choose to engage in an activity that harms you the you and you alone bear the responsibility for those actions. Totalitarianism is the use of government to force people to behave in a certain way way normally the way the majority wants but not always, this would preclude Libertarians from being “Totalitarian” they are polar opposite ideologies. Progressive Liberals and Social Cons however DO want to use the government to force people to behave in a certain way, for progressive they want people to renounce religion and be “equal” in all ways (which is impossible) for Social Cons, they want people to accept god and renounce… Read more »

“I have probably forgotten more about the American Revolution that you will ever know” Don’t flatter yourself. I’m ten steps ahead of you. Just like GB (whom I like) you’re new to the party. It’s quite annoying to those of us who weren’t asleep in 5th grade to have Glenn (and you) present ideas as though he has invented fire. You need to it digest alot longer, and mature in your thought process. Even then, you may not understand. It requires the gift of discernment, which comes from God alone. It’s clear you have no training in philosophy or logic, not to mention world history. Public school no doubt. You are obviously the embodiment of the problem that has brought us to the precipice. You present as a bigot confusing the concept of “Liberty” with a “license to do anything”~ Foolish. But hey, it’s still a free country. Party on… Read more »
