This is a very odd story coming out of a lot of outlets. Fox News is reporting that the “Ribfest” is getting pressure from liberals for inviting Toby Keith to perform after he did so for Trump’s inauguration.
Some residents of Naperville, Ill., have called for the removal of country music star Toby Keith from the Ribfest music festival’s lineup after he performed at President Donald Trump’s Inauguration.
These residents took to social media to call Keith too political. Illinois voted Democrat in the 2016 presidential election.
But honestly, if you go on social media there are about four hundred pro-Keith tweets to every one of these:

In fact, that was the only one I could find!! I’m beginning to suspect that this is just a promotional campaign for the concert:

According to the article, Keith didn’t endorse anyone for the election.
