I don’t always agree with Lindsey Graham on foreign policy, but he’s not wrong about what needs to happen with N. Korea from the Trump administration:

Graham calls the message from Tillerson ‘inartful’, but I think he’s just being nice.
His main point is that Trump needs to communicate to N. Korea a strong and resolute message that we will use military action if we must in order to keep them from getting a nuclear-tipped ICBM that can hit America.
Graham says a message like that is the only thing that might convince N. Korea to cease its provocative actions and he firmly believes that Trump will use military force if it’s required.
