Lindsey Graham said tonight on Hannity that the Pelosi impeachment dam has broken and the Senate will take up the impeachment trial next week:
Graham’s comments come at the very end of his interview with Hannity. Here’s what he said:
The Pelosi impeachment dam has broken. We’ve had five Democrats come out today and say send over the articles. You said it was urgent. If you believe it to be urgent, send it to the Senate for disposition. She’s losing Democrats in the Senate. The impeachment dam of Nancy Pelosi is about to crack.
Hats off to Mitch McConnell for playing this very well. We’ll take the trial up next week.
He says this with such confidence that I’m not sure whether he knows something that hasn’t been reported yet or whether this is just a prediction. I guess we’ll find out next week.
