Mark Levin opened his show tonight discussing what I’m calling Trump Taxgate and put it in its proper context.

On the ethical part of someone releasing Trump’s private tax documents that Levin referred to, if the shoe was on the other foot and these releases were from Hillary Clinton’s taxes or some other private documents, the MSM would be talking only about the underlying ethical issues and how she was violated. They wouldn’t be spending much time on speculating about what this means for her tax footprint.
But even more than that, the last person we need to hear anything on this is from Hillary Clinton, as Levin rightly pointed out.
If corruption had a face, it would look exactly like Hillary Clinton. And if it had a voice, it would sound exactly like this.
As I said this morning, Trump is under so much fire because the media wants to save the day and get Hillary elected. We knew this onslaught was coming, but that doesn’t mean we have to agree with it or justify it.
Trump is a terrible nominee and this is why we didn’t want him. But Hillary is worse and the media could dig into her foundation, her associations, and her past from now until November 8th and not even reach the bottom of the depths of corruption she’s been involved with.
