The WSJ wrote an article about reports that the International Criminal Court is considering the prosecution of Israeli military and political leaders for war crimes in Gaza. The ICC prosecutor, Karim Ahmad Khan, hasn’t confirmed the prosecution but he hasn’t denied it either.
Last night Mark Levin discussed the absurdity of such a prosecution, warning that it could eventually lead to a second holocaust. He’s not saying the prosecution would be legitimate at all, but that many would see it as legitimate and that it would fuel hatred against the small Jewish nation.
Add to this how Biden’s state department put Israel at the top of their list when it comes to war crimes. It’s evil and it’s wrong, but many would use it as justification for ICC action.
