Earlier today we told you that the New York Times admitted in their post about Hunter Biden that the laptop had been authenticated by people familiar with it.
Since then people have been tweeting reminders of just how egregious the media excuses were for not covering the story back before October, 2020 and I think this one might just take the prize:
Why haven't you seen any stories from NPR about the NY Post's Hunter Biden story? Read more in this week's newsletter➡️ https://t.co/CJesPgmGvo pic.twitter.com/jAi7PnpbZf

NPR called the story a distraction, said it wasn’t really a story and that they didn’t want to waste their time on it. Wow.
Meanwhile, the story was absolutely true.
Here’s another one in which CBS News reporter Leslie Stahl argued with Trump about it, saying she didn’t want to cover it because it couldn’t be verified:
TRUMP: "What can't be verified?"
STAHL: "The laptop!"
TRUMP: "Why do you say that?"
STAHL: "Because it can't be verified."

Trump told her it could be verified and she refused to accept it.
Forget about the garbage media for a second. Here’s a Never Trumper who went with the media’s false narrative too:
Never forget the clowns who claimed Hunter Biden's laptop was fake. pic.twitter.com/bYNQIBpqEe

Yeah we believed it at face value because it was TRUE. Sheesh.
