Marco Rubio says Rand Paul exaggerates claim we’ll become ‘Iran’s Air Force’ if we go back into Iraq

On this week’s ‘Face the Nation,’ Marco Rubio responds to Rand Paul’s statement that we would become Iran’s Air Force if we fought ISIS. After calling the claim “exaggerated,” Rubio says that if we do not fight ISIS now, we’ll have to fight them later.

Marco Rubio seems more in line with Dick Cheney’s aggressive proactive policy stance (click here to see his comments), than he is with Rand Paul, which Cheney calls “basically isolationism” (click here to see his comments). Amazing how critical and nuanced the media demands the Republicans to be, while letting Obama slide on everything, isn’t it?
