Late last night Mark Levin and Ted Cruz both responded to the news of the FBI raid on President Trump’s home and both thought it was an egregious abuse of power.
First, Mark Levin:

Levin also called into Hannity’s show last night, calling the raid “the worst attack on this Republic in modern history”:
“This was well orchestrated, so this has been going on for weeks,” Levin told Sean Hannity. “Now, you keep asking your guests, what’s the justification? There is no justification. What’s he going to say tomorrow, the attorney general? Here’s my guess: ‘We’ve been negotiating with Trump and his lawyers since February when we found out they had this information. We were getting nowhere, and then we know or we heard that some documents were being destroyed.’”
“There is no justification for sending 30 friggin’ FBI agents to the former president’s compound in Mar-a-Lago in early morning and conducting themselves this way or in any other cases in which they’ve done exactly the same thing,” Levin stated. “The FBI is corrupt.”
“This is the worst attack on this republic in modern history. Period,” he declared. “And it’s not just an attack on Donald Trump. It’s an attack on everybody who supports him. It’s an attack on anybody who dares to raise serious questions about Washington, D.C., and the establishment in both parties. I haven’t heard a damn thing from the Republican leadership in the Senate! Have you? Not one of those guys has put out a statement. Because they’re weak. That’s why.”
Ted Cruz had a similar take:
The FBI raiding Donald Trump is unprecedented.
It is corrupt and an abuse of power.What Nixon tried to do, Biden has now implemented: The Biden Admin has fully weaponized DOJ and FBI to target their political enemies. And with 87,000 new IRS agents, they’re coming for YOU too.
Congress must demand answers. We need hearings; we need subpoenas.
Dems in charge will refuse, but the American people deserve to know why Biden is using the FBI as his political enforcers.
Tin-pot dictators do that, but that’s not how America works.
This same DOJ:
– ignored Hunter Biden (who filmed himself committing multiple felonies);
– ignored Hillary Clinton;
– largely ignored BLM/ANTIFA rioters;
– ignored dangerous protestors outside Justices homes; &
– ignored Jeffrey Epstein’s clients.WHY??
Ironically, Eric Holder predicted the Biden DOJ: “In the USA we do not threaten to jail political opponents. @realDonaldTrump said he would. He is promising to abuse the power of the office”
As I said last night, I don’t recognize this country. It was the same under Obama, who used the IRS and other areas of his administration to go after their enemies and were never held to account. Remember how they were listening in on the phone calls of journalists?
This is way worse than that and it should have never happened. It was a fishing expedition and I bet you that now Democrats at the FBI will use this information to try and stop Trump from running with some kind of criminal charge.
Meanwhile Democrats like Hunter Biden get away with everything.
