The Great Mark Levin spent 12 minutes on his TV show unpacking the allegations that were leaked by the DOJ in their ‘criminal investigation’ against President Trump.
Levin explains that the allegation that Trump sought to interfere or overturn the election on January 6th via ‘fake electors’ is completely absurd.

In short, what the media are calling ‘fake electors’, Levin says are simply ‘alternate electors’. And he adds that there’s nothing criminal about pursuing such alternate electors given that Congress ultimately has the power to accept or reject them.
In my opinion this is nothing more than a politicized DOJ, led by a hack attorney general, trying to appease Biden and keep Trump from running for president in 2024 by attempting to hamstring him with a criminal investigation. It’s corrupt politics at its worst.
