Mark Levin has serious questions for the DOJ about their latest claims regarding Trump and ‘classified’ documents

Late last night it was reported that the DOJ is claiming in court that Trump was concealing and moving “highly classified documents” and then lying to them about having returned the most sensitive material.

In fact the DOJ goes so far as to claim that Trump was trying to obstruct their investigation and that’s why they had to execute a search warrant.

But Mark Levin has some serious questions about these latest allegations made by the DOJ:

Levin is right. Their claims sound absurd, especially in light of the fact that Trump had declassified all of the material.

Also, Trump has made clear time and time again that they could have had anything they wanted and even had access to the room containing the documents in June, when a new lock was put on the door.

No, I suspect all of these allegations are nothing more than the DOJ trying to protect itself after the raid backfired on them.
