Mark Zuckerberg says FBI warned Facebook that the Hunter Biden laptop story was Russian disinfo in 2020

Mark Zuckerberg revealed today that the FBI actually warned Facebook of Russian disinformation that was about to come out right before the Hunter Biden laptop story landed in October, 2020, telling them to be vigilant about it.

Zuckerberg explains that because of the FBI’s warning, Facebook decreased distribution of the laptop story despite allowing people to still share it on the platform.

Watch:

Yesterday we found out that the FBI forbade agents from investigating Hunter Biden’s laptop in 2020 because they didn’t want to help Trump win, like they were accused of doing in 2016.

Today we are learning that they put their big fat thumb on the scale by suggesting to Facebook that the laptop story was Russian disinformation, in so many words. I’m sure they probably did the same thing with Twitter, who went overboard and prevented anyone from sharing the story and even blocked the New York Post for putting it out there.

Here’s what I want to know. If the FBI wouldn’t let agents investigate the laptop, then how would they know if it’s Russian disinformation or not? They wouldn’t, and once again it sounds like the FBI was making partisan political decisions for the sake of an election.
