Actually, I don’t begrudge Gov. Patrick his honkin’ SUV at all. Looks like a sweet ride. But if this is the example he sets, then why should his constituents bother turning their minutes-long commute by car into an hours-long trek by bike or foot?
I suppose it’s for the sake of the cute, cuddly polar bear, or something.
