Last night while we were watching election returns come in, the MSNBC host who replaced Chris Matthews racially insulted Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas on-air in front of everyone:
Joy Reid literally called Justice Thomas “Uncle Clarence” as she was prognosticating about how much the left can’t trust the Supreme Court now. That’s a clear reference to the racial epithet “Uncle Tom” and it’s disgusting.
While the video doesn’t go on, it’s not been reported that anyone at the desk with her challenged her or told her that was inappropriate.
Great job MSNBC for allowing this despicable racist to anchor your major election coverage.
