The media is claiming two Never Trumpers have just quit Fox News as some protest of Tucker Carlson’s special on January 6th.
And of course, other Never Trumpers are celebrating this:

Is this the whole truth? Not quite.
Perhaps Goldberg and Hayes don’t like Tucker’s special and are trying to make a statement about it by claiming they are quitting.
But according to the Washington Post, Fox News wasn’t planning on renewing their contracts anyway when they expired:
A Fox News executive said the network had not planned to re-sign Goldberg and Hayes when their contract expired next year.
They were already on the way out the door so this is really much ado about nothing. Also, Adios.
