This is exactly what MTG suggested would happen after she was criticized for her comments comparing vaccine passports and mask mandates to Jews who were forced to wear stars by the Nazis. The media is running to condemn her:
CNN’s @WolfBlitzer and @DanaBashCNN discuss Republican leaders finally condemning Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene’s comments about the Holocaust. Both Blitzer and Bash lost family members during the Holocaust. pic.twitter.com/yzQcAvHxF5

The hypocrisy is strong. These same people in the media ignored many comparisons by Democrats of Trump to Hitler for the last four years, never batting an eye at said comparisons. And some on the right are calling them out this morning for it:
Did Dana and Wolf have such a segment when AOC compared US immigration facilities to Nazi concentration camps or when Dems kept comparing Trump’s policies to Hitler’s targeting of Jews? Shameless hacks inserting themselves in the news to hit Republicans. https://t.co/xi4DM4EykI

It’s also a bit rich for the media to claim offense at MTG’s comments; after all, “Trump literally equals Hitler” basically encapsulates their coverage from 2016-2020.pic.twitter.com/BMyzwvuMDi

House Dems are reportedly drafting a resolution condemning Rep. MTG for comparing mask mandates to the Holocaust.
Maybe they should also include … @AOC? After all, distasteful Holocaust analogies are kind of her stock-in-trade. pic.twitter.com/9XO0lgNVFE

Elliot notes that this supercut all came from one single morning of Morning Joe:

Even Ben Shapiro, who sharply criticized MTG’s comparison, calls out the media for giving the left a complete pass on their anti-Semitism, which is actually a threat to Jews:
Weird that Blitzer has had nothing to say about the overt anti-Semitism of the Squad and their de facto support for a genocidal Hamas terror regime https://t.co/JAd1h9IPwC
— Ben Shapiro (@benshapiro) May 26, 2021
As always, two things can be true at once: MTG's statements were absurd AND the media are focusing laser-like on MTG so that they can misdirect from the fact that they are completely fine with the Squad's blatant blood libeling and anti-Semitism regarding Israel and Hamas.

MTG's comments, while nutso, pose zero threat to Jews in the United States. Meanwhile, the Jew-hatred of the radical Left is generating a massive upsurge in street violence against Jews across the country. Anti-masking advocates aren't attacking Jews. Anti-Israel activists are.
