Last night it appears that Michael Cohen, confessed criminal, gave Porny Daniels what she was asking for (no, not THAT, getcher mind outta da gutter!):

Ahhhhh… and that, plus the fact that it means attention-vampire Michael Avenatti will lose out on more than an ounce of spotlight over it means he rejects it outright:
Michael Avenatti, Daniels’ lawyer, said in an interview on CNN’s “Cuomo Prime Time” that he received news of the filing just before going on air.
“I haven’t had a chance to digest it, I just saw it on my email literally right before I came on,” Avenatti said.
“What they’re trying to do is they don’t want me to get a chance to depose Michael Cohen and Donald Trump,” he added.
“This is a hail Mary to try and avoid that, that’s my first guess.”
He’s got a presidential run to consider, after all, I guess?
Michael Cohen is back to playing games and trying to protect Donald Trump. He is now pulling a legal stunt to try and “fix it” so that we can’t depose Trump and present evidence to the American people about what happened. He is not a hero nor a patriot. He deserves what he gets.

But is Cohen really working at the behest of the prez, or is he just giving in because, well, he plead guilty? LOL! Who knows. But we might find out soon, if Avenatti gets what he wants, and el Trumpo has to subject himself to questioning from the bald spotlight-grabbing porn-avenger!!
