Earlier this year we told you about USA Today coming out with a website to encourage leaks from the Trump administration. Not wanting to be left behind, Michael Moore is doing the same thing:
FNI – Liberal filmmaker Michael Moore announced he is launching a new website, “Trumpileaks,” to encourage whistleblowers to come out with incriminating information about President Donald Trump.
“Trump thinks he’s above the law,” Moore wrote in an open letter heralding the launch of the site.
In the name of patriotism, Moore called on Americans “with knowledge of crimes, breaches of public trust and misconduct committed by Donald J. Trump and his associates” to blow the whistle and save the United States from “tyranny.”
The website allows people to contact Moore using encrypted data to preserve their anonymity.
Moore’s website debut comes just as the FBI arrested 25-year-old federal intelligence contractor Reality Leigh Winner Tuesday on charges of releasing classified information pertaining to a Russian cyber attack to a news outlet.
I know Trump says and tweets stupid things from time to time and has already disappointed us when it comes to some issues conservatives care about (Obamacare, Middle East, etc), but I would never root for him to fail. I want him to succeed with a conservative agenda or as close as we can possibly get to that.
So when I see the left throwing out words like tyranny as an excuse to try and tear him down, it disgusts me. These leftist blowhard hypocrites let Obama do virtually whatever he wanted and constantly cheered him on when he tried to go around Congress with his pen and his phone. They were totally ok with Obama’s totalitarian impulses, but with Trump they are losing their minds.
Honestly I don’t care if they lose their minds, so to speak, but I do care when they are actively trying to destroy Trump’s presidency all because they disagree with his policies. And that’s exactly what these news websites and those like Michael Moore are trying to do with these whistleblower websites. They aren’t interested the truth, they just want to destroy Trump with as many leaks as they can so that he can’t enact a Republican agenda and he doesn’t get reelected in 2020.
I hope Michael Moore oversteps and gets his big butt thrown in jail, as well as those who run these media leak websites.
