Look at the time stamp on the below tweet that GOP Senator and former presidential nominee Mitt Romney sent congratulating Joe Biden and Kamala Harris after the media decided Biden had won.
It’s stamped 1:27 p.m. yesterday. Two hours to the minute after CNN tweeted the call. He didn’t waste any time. Just long enough to ignore Rudy Giuliani and Trump’s legal team laying out the case for why the call was premature.
Ann and I extend our congratulations to President-elect Joe Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris. We know both of them as people of good will and admirable character. We pray that God may bless them in the days and years ahead.

What was the rush? Well South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem has an answer and it’s a smoking hot burn.
DC Elites are eager to return to "business as usual.”
The 70 million Americans who voted for @realDonaldTrump are not moving on just because the media says so. Serious election integrity concerns (read Alito’s opinion) in several states that the media should be investigating. https://t.co/m2l4AvdWeA

Destroyed. But that wasn’t all. This devastating point from Ryan Saavedra is so ouch it’s hard to look at without catching ricochet.
Biden told blacks that Mitt Romney would "put you all back in chains"

Aw. DANG. And that’s true. That’s what Biden said about Romney. But keep talking about his sterling character, Mitt. After all, he has so many admirable qualities.
People who believe in aborting babies up until the moment of birth do not have "admirable character" https://t.co/hbJbHTfiBQ

Some people liked it though. For example:

Great company you’re keeping, there, Mitt. Is there anyone else who called you racist and misogynist you want to suck up to? Got any binders full of them?
Sending that tweet got him just what he wanted, an invite from Jake Tapper of course. The media in general and Tapper in WAY particular just can’t get enough of “Republican breaks with Trump” stories. It’s a free ticket to CNN. Just say Trump is bad and like Pavlov’s dog, Jake drools and slobbers.
GOP Sen. Mitt Romney told @jaketapper he has seen no evidence of widespread voter fraud across the US.
"There's just no evidence of that at this stage. And I think it's important for us to recognize that the world is watching," Romney said https://t.co/6YtwBOscCC #CNNSOTU pic.twitter.com/cZQO8LEX1j

And not to be outdone, Chuck Todd got him.
TODAY: Sen. @MittRomney says Pres. Trump “has every right to call for recounts” but he should be careful with his “choice of words.” #MTP
Romney: “When you say that the election was corrupt or stolen or rigged … that gets picked up by authoritarians around the world.” pic.twitter.com/5JHqmcYakT

And naturally, Fox’s own Chris Wallace just could not WAIT to get Romney on to bash Trump and say Biden is the man and that there’s no such thing as vote fraud.
If you didn’t watch those videos I don’t blame you. I’m sure not going to transcribe them. You can use your imagination. Whatever is the worst way he could be Mitt Romney, that’s the thing he did.
