Well it happened. Mitt Romney, one of Trump’s biggest critics, has met with him to discuss his coming presidency.

Not a whole lot of details yet. I would have loved to be a fly on the wall of that meeting. I can only imagine the amazing awkwardness.

There is probably a one in a hundred chance that he’ll actually offer Romney a position – remember Trump loves drama and he loves leading around the press while grabbing the spotlight. BUT, if he DID offer him a position, it would help quell some of his critics, like me, who believe that his only guiding principle is to get vengeance on his perceived and actual enemies.
