In this segment on Lawrence O’Donnell’s MSNBC show, his colleague Joy Reid goes off on Trump and compares him to other “AWFUL” presidents without anyone pointing that the two she picked were… Democrats.

At least Reid is honest enough to talk about the incredible racism of Democratic President Woodrow Wilson, and the genocidal mania of the Democratic President Andrew Jackson. Would have been nice if anyone had mentioned their party affiliations however…
The rest of the segment is actually pretty thoughtful and interesting as a look inside the less crazy liberal critique of Trump. O’Donnell starts off with this weird lament that truth doesn’t exist anymore – again, ironically, it’s left-wing intellectuals who have pushed the idea of relative truth and post-modern philosophies. I guess they only get angry when a Republican uses those same nihilistic strategies against them.
Finally, after eight years of President “Who Needs the Constitution?” it’s really funny to hear these morons’ attempts to feign interest in protecting our founding ideals…
