The Mueller presser that just finished a few moments ago and for the most part wasn’t very newsy at all.
He just reiterated portions of the Mueller report and then near the end declared that he would not be testifying before Congress on his report:
Mueller on whether he’ll testify before Congress:

Mueller says he’s making that decision himself and that no one has instructed him not to testify.
In fact the goes on to say that even if he were to testify, he would only repeat what’s in the Mueller report. In other words don’t bother pestering him about it.
Aside from that, this is what Democrats are taking away form this presser:
The key line that will be played over and over.
Robert Mueller: “As set forth in the report, after that investigation, if we had had confidence that the president clearly did not commit a crime, we would have said so.”

But this is nothing new. We already knew this from the Mueller report.
Yet I’m sure Democrats will see this as Mueller telegraphing to them that they must impeach Trump and will run with this even though Trump was vindicated by both the AG and Deputy AG.
