Mitch McConnell is once again refusing to shut down the government in order to defund Planned Parenthood leaving conservatives like Mark Levin furious.
But the bigger issue isn’t just about Planned Parenthood or McConnell refusing to shut down the government in this instance. Mark Levin is making the point that Mitch McConnell never uses the power of the purse to confront this president and his left-wing profligate spending. McConnell always gives in to Obama every budget cycle and funds everything he wants. And Levin pounds him for it.
Levin really puts McConnell and the Republican leadership’s failure to confront this president in the appropriate context and I think it’s something that we all must hear.
