Nancy Pelosi is actually claiming she’s so tough she would have fought the Capitol rioters if they had caught up with her or something.
NY POST – House Speaker Nancy Pelosi claimed the Jan. 6 Capitol insurrectionists would have “had a battle on their hands” if they encountered her — declaring she is a “street fighter.”
“That’s what they were setting out to do,” Pelosi (D-Calif.) told USA Today, acknowledging that rioters had intended to reach herself and other prominent targets, such as then-Vice President Pence.
If they had, she continued, “Well, I’m pretty tough. I’m a street fighter. They would have had a battle on their hands.”
Pelosi’s head just isn’t big enough. Geez. Also, anybody who believes this is an idiot.
Nancy Pelosi is no fighter, but I’m sure she wishes that her guards had actually tangled with a few of them, so should could give herself a victim-hero status or something and keep telling it like a war story.
What Nancy is really doing is continuing to make the Capitol riot into more than it ever was. It was never an armed insurrection like she claimed. It was a bunch of idiots acting like fools in the nation’s Capitol building.
But Democrats are good at lying about events in order to demonize their enemies. And no one is better at doing that than Nancy Pelosi. That’s all I really see here.
