Today Mitch McConnell joined Democrats and the garbage media in attacking Donald Trump over his meeting with Kanye.
He made this statement at the podium today, presumably when asked about it by a journalist.
McConnell didn’t hesitate to attack Trump over it, suggesting he’s ‘highly unlikely to ever be elected again’:
.@LeaderMcConnell: “There is no room in the Republican Party for antisemitism or white supremacy. And anyone meeting with people advocating that point of view is highly unlikely to ever be elected president of the United States.” pic.twitter.com/MFjhRol8DV

I may be rooting for DeSantis should he decide to run in 2024, but I hate attacks like this. Trump explained why he met with Kanye and also explained he had nothing to do with Fuentes coming, that it was Kanye who brought him.
But Mitch McConnell can’t waste the opportunity to side with Democrats and the garbage media on attacking Trump.
I get it, Trump has been hard on McConnell and he wants to lash back. But this is just below the belt in my opinion. If he wants to attack Trump, attack him for something that’s true and not some conspiracy theory among his Democrat colleagues and the media.
Talk is cheap, Mitch. What the hell are you doing as GOP Senate leader to fight anti-Semitism? And when is the last time you spoke on the floor about the spread of anti-Semitism? What’s your legislative agenda to deal with it? Where can we find it? https://t.co/cuUrVlsUmL
