NBA cancels games after Milwaukee Bucks refuse to play in protest of Jacob Blake shooting; Also MLB game too!

The Milwaukee Bucks refused to play at 4pm in protest of the police shooting of Jacob Blake this week. So now the NBA is canceling everything:

CBS SPORTS – The NBA has announced that all three playoff games Wednesday will be postponed and rescheduled. The decision comes after the Milwaukee Bucks players did not take the court for Game 5 of their first-round series against the Orlando Magic, which was supposed to tip off at 4 p.m. ET. The protest comes in response to the shooting of an unarmed black man named Jacob Blake in Kenosha, Wisconsin, on Sunday. Shortly after the Bucks made a statement by not playing, the Rockets and Thunder decided to also not play today, as well as the Lakers and Trail Blazers.

News of the Bucks walking out has sent a ripple effect across sports in the United States. Here’s a look at all of the games postponed as a sign of protest:

– NBA: Magic vs. Bucks (Game 5 — first round)
– NBA: Thunder vs. Rockets (Game 5 — first round)
– NBA: Trail Blazers vs. Lakers (Game 5 — first round)
– MLB: Reds vs. Brewers

Notice the MLB game between the Cincinnati Reds and the Milwaukee Brewers is canceled in protested as well.

Once again we have idiot athletes going all in on what they think is an injustice without knowing all the facts. The might as well be throwing water on an oil fire, because that’s the effect it will have on this country.

And what’s worse is what evidence we have seen makes it look like Blake was not a victim at all, fighting cops and refusing to allow them to arrest him. We will wait on the facts, of course, but I haven’t seen anything that justifies this kind of inflaming of the situation by the NBA, treating Blake as though he were some innocent victim of evil police violence. It’s pathetic and I hope the NBA cancels itself forever in protest. In fact just cancel ALL sports if this is how it’s going to be every time some idiot disobeys police, puts their lives in danger and ends up getting shot.
