Chicago was in chaos over the weekend as teens rampaged in the city streets, damaging cars and attacking people.
The new mayor-elect of the windy city said that while he condemns all this, he adds “it is not constructive to demonize youth who have otherwise been starved of opportunities in their own communities.”
