New CNN poll spells real trouble for Biden

A new CNN poll out this morning shows real trouble for Joe Biden and his campaign. With a nearly 4% margin of error, Trump is dominating Joe Biden in a head to head vote.

But it gets even worse for Biden when you add in third party candidates:

 
Here’s the breakdown:

— President Trump leads Biden 49% to 43% in a two-way race.

— President Trump leads Biden 42% to 33% including third party candidates.

— 55% say the Trump presidency was a success. 39% say the Biden presidency is a success.

 
Here’s the lowdown:

The CNN poll was conducted by SSRS from April 18-23 among a random national sample of 1,212 adults drawn from a probability-based panel, including 967 registered voters. Surveys were either conducted online or by telephone with a live interviewer. Results among the full sample have a margin of sampling error of plus or minus 3.4 percentage points. For results among registered voters, it is plus or minus 3.8 points.
