There’s a new NYPD Chief of Department (highest ranking uniformed officer) account on X, formerly known as Twitter, and it’s run by Jeffrey Maddrey. He’s hilariously hammering an anti-cop activist in New York:
Hi Talia! – just so you know, it’s illegal to block the street, which is why cops are making sure it’s clear of pedestrians. We have these wonderful places called “sidewalks” where believe it or not, you can walk safely and even protest if you want. Amazing ! https://t.co/Jcw1FSkba5

So who is this Talia? Andy Ngo says she’s a “militant activists who help agitate migrants into a standoff with NYPD”:
The NY Post identified extremist Talia Jane Ben Ora as one of the militant activists who help agitate migrants into a standoff with NYPD. Your communications office has granted her a press pass, which is a security and ethical issue. https://t.co/f2pi1Cic7K

You can read more about her and her cronies at the New York Post article linked in the tweet.
Maddrey continues with another tweet aimed at Talia today, this time targeting her for pushing false narratives against the NYPD:
Hi Talia! the days of attacking my cops and then inventing false narratives to divide New Yorkers are over! New Yorkers support peaceful protest and they reject violence against my cops. https://t.co/mpAQr5hn19

It sounds like the NYPD isn’t just fighting against these activists on the streets, they are taking the fight to social media. Good for them.
