The fight for Pennsylvania vote integrity continues, as Democrats and an openly colluding Democratic Attorney General attempt to subvert the process and deliver the state to Biden, as the AG publicly promised he would.
The Trump campaign has been fighting Pennsylvania’s corrupt Democrat machine, and after winning one court battle seeking to allow Republican observers while ballots are counted, they are now suing the County of Philadelphia to ensure that NO counting occurs WITHOUT such an observer. Which it has been, because the Board has been deliberately refusing to cooperate under false pretenses.
Trump campaign is calling them OUT.

“The County Board of Elections is aware of this Order but is intentionally refusing to allow any representatives and poll watchers for President Trump and the Republican Party. The County Board of Elections is nonetheless continuing to count ballots, without any observation by any representatives or poll watchers of President Trump and the Republican Party,” reads the complaint filed in the last hour. “The County Board of Elections is intentionally violating state law. The County Board of Elections claims it is “studying” the Order. It has been studying the Order for over an hour and a half, while counting continues with no Republicans present.”
They’re literally trying to scam after being ordered to allow observers, by pretending they’re “studying” the order as they continue to “count” unobserved.
Republicans are right to seek an injunction and it should be granted. This is over subversion of the process. Understand that it doesn’t even matter if they are deliberately miscounting votes or cheating. The act of refusing to allow the observers, in an of itself, is them subverting the process and the law.
