New Romney ad hammers Obama over lies about sustaining world’s strongest military while making/proposing massive cuts

This new ad out today is a change of pace from all of Romney’s other ads we’ve seen and I suspect they are releasing these now because Romney is giving a big foreign policy speech on Monday.
