It really looks like Trump is testing the waters to see if he can fire Special Counsel Robert Mueller – his friend and Newsmax CEO says he’s thinking about it, and Newt is already out there bashing him in public.
Here’s him saying it’s just going to be a witchhunt:

But here’s what he said when he was first appointed:

He’s even defending how he changed his mind:

But, this is just like Comey. All of the stuff they said about why he needed to be fired were true for months before Trump did it. And all the things they said about Mueller were true since the day he was first appointed. That looks terribly shady and they know it.
