Nine children were shot by a 35-year-old male and a 15-year-old teenager at a gas station in Georgia and the media is completely ignoring it.
It happened on February 17 in Columbus, GA when police were called to a Shell gas station around 10pm.
They found nine juveniles all suffering from gunshot wounds, one of which was only 5-years old.
According to the report, all but two were teenagers raging from 13 to 17-years-old. The other two were 5 and 12-years-old.
Two of the juveniles were 13-year-old females.
Despite being shot, all nine juveniles were being treated for non-life-threatening injuries at the hospital.
As far as the suspects who were arrested, the 15-year-old teenager is a known gang-banger according to police and he’s being charged with one count of aggravated assault. They aren’t releasing his name due to his age.
The adult suspect’s name is D’Angelo Robinson Sr. and he’s being charged with eight counts of aggravated assault.
Police say more charges are coming.
So the big question is why hasn’t this been a national story like a lot of mass shootings? No one died, thankfully, but even so nine children were shot in a gas station. I would think that would merit at least some coverage by the mainstream media.
I think we all know why this story was ignored eleven days ago, because the suspects aren’t white. If both had been white this story would be generating racist outrage in all sectors of the media and social media. But because both are black, the garbage media yawned and moved on.
