“Nobody likes him” — Hillary Clinton blasts Bernie Sanders…

Bernie Sanders just got an elbow in the side from Hillary Clinton in her new documentary on Netflix, where she claims that ‘nobody likes him’:

PJ MEDIA – Hillary Clinton, who needed a rigged primary to defeat Bernie Sanders in 2016, had some strong words about Bernie Sanders in a new Hulu documentary set to premiere at Sundance.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the documentary, titled Hillary, is “mostly” flattering to the twice-failed presidential candidate. “I’d watched the 2016 election very closely, very emotionally and very disappointedly,” says director Nanette Burstein.

The documentary was compiled from nearly 2,000 hours of footage from the 2016 campaign.

I doubt there’s much interesting to be seen in this documentary except for the part where Hillary says how she feels about her former primary opponent.

“He was in Congress for years. He had one senator support him. Nobody likes him, nobody wants to work with him, he got nothing done,” Hillary said of Sanders. “He was a career politician. It’s all just baloney and I feel so bad that people got sucked into it.”

When asked by The Hollywood Reporter in an interview about the forthcoming documentary if that sentiment she expressed then still applies today, she replied, “Yes, it does.”

In fact, Hillary still holds enough ill will toward Sanders that she won’t even commit to endorsing him, should he win the 2020 Democratic primary. “I’m not going to go there yet. We’re still in a very vigorous primary season. I will say, however, that it’s not only him, it’s the culture around him. It’s his leadership team. It’s his prominent supporters. It’s his online Bernie Bros and their relentless attacks on lots of his competitors, particularly the women.”

Just when I didn’t think this Democratic primary could get any uglier.

Here’s how Bernie responded to Hillary’s cutting remarks:

Sen. Bernie Sanders on Tuesday did not seem fazed by the latest round of criticism directed at him by former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

“On a good day, my wife likes me, so let’s clear the air on that one,” Sanders told NBC reporter Geoff Bennett when asked about Clinton’s assertion that “nobody” likes him.

That’s it? Instead of hitting back, Bernie just takes the punch and pretends it didn’t even hit him.

I get that he doesn’t want to get into a row with Hillary Clinton when she’s not even on the ballot, but he really needs to stand up for himself. He just got attacked by Elizabeth Warren and now Hillary is piling on.

Maybe he’s going to send out his AOC attack dog and let her rip into Hillary for him?
